TABUTEAU, LLC

Tabuteau, LLC is a boutique law firm representing businesses and institutions before the Maryland Office of the Governor, General Assembly, and administrative agencies, boards, and commissions on legislative, procurement, and regulatory matters.  Representation includes the full range of services and activities necessary for successful advocacy, including, but not limited to, drafting legislation, regulations, and amendments; identifying related issues; developing a communications strategy with stakeholder allies as well as responses to stakeholder opponents; monitoring all relevant legislative, regulatory, and procurement action; arranging meetings with high level government officials; preparing testimony; and attending regulatory meetings and legislative hearings.  

Our community outreach and engagement services include connecting people within the project scope and cultivating relationships with community associations, nonprofits, businesses, and other relevant stakeholders.  We specialize in outreach strategy development; stakeholder identification and coordination; outreach implementation, tracking, and measurement; meeting and event planning, logistics, and facilitation; social media strategy, development, and implementation; and elected and appointed official coordination.
