RICHARD A. TABUTEAU

BIO
Richard A. Tabuteau has represented dozens of clients on legislative, regulatory, and procurement matters, including, but not limited to, information technology, energy, healthcare, environment, pharmaceuticals and biotech, and manufacturing. Richard is particularly knowledgeable about Maryland procurement policy, laws, procedures, and personnel due to serving as the principal staff to the Commission to Modernize State Procurement. Prior to lobbying, Richard served as Senior Advisor to Lieutenant Governor Boyd K. Rutherford, and before that as Deputy Counsel for Legislative Affairs for Attorney General Doug F. Gansler. As a result, Richard has deep relationships with key government officials across the political spectrum.
Richard lives in Towson, Maryland with his wife and sons.
